Attached you will find CMS events for next week and the after school tutoring flyer.
Some notes about tutoring:
- the flyer lists the specific subject for each day
- students will need a tutoring pass from their own teacher of that subject
- there is no sign up sheet, but they won't be allowed to stay if they don't have a pass from their teacher
- we announce what room to report to each afternoon so the kids know where to go
- there are usually 2 after school buses, students get a bus pass from the tutoring (or club) teacher
- bus drivers look at the pass - students have to write down their address - and we make sure they get on the correct bus
